Insitu Celebrates One Million Flight Hours
At Insitu, we are guided by the following values that describe the behaviors that support our culture and enable all of us to be successful. By living these values, we can positively impact our team members, partners, customers and the broader community as we plan our work, interact with others and take action on behalf of the company.
Take pride in our safety program, which promotes and supports the safety, health, and well-being of our employees, our families, and our communities. Model the safe behavior you expect. Think about the safety of others as well as your own. Be proactive and take action to avoid injuries. Maintain a safe environment each day. Be a positive influence on others. Ask for help when you need it. Remember, safety is everyone’s responsibility.
Every engagement with your fellow employees, customers, partners and suppliers should be meaningful and productive. Focus on what you are doing, where you are, what people are saying and actively participate in what is happening now. In doing so, we commit to being “all-in” during our engagements and will leave all distractions at the door (cell phones, laptops, etc). Every opinion and comment counts.
We all have a contribution to make at Insitu and for those contributions to be successful, we must respect each other and all of the unique ideas that are brought to the table. We must also feel safe sharing ideas in our work environment. We are committed to being kind, to listening, showing respect and valuing what makes each of us unique.
Honor and truth are basic tenets in a person with Integrity. Integrity also means the state of being coherent, cohesive and undivided. It means doing the right thing in all circumstances, even when no one is watching. Integrity must be the pledge of our people and the fabric of our company.
Build relationships, respect and honor for one another from a foundation of trust. We are all working hard to accomplish great things in the best interests of the company, our colleagues and ourselves. Empathize with others by considering their perspectives, environment and circumstances. Give trust and you will receive trust, and have faith that you are trusted.
Ownership and accountability are building blocks for establishing trust with co-workers and customers. We must strive to hold each other accountable, help each other be successful, and collaborate as a team with a common goal. Trust empowers us to make good decisions and follow through to deliver quality results. It inspires us to connect with our colleagues and provides us with a sense of pride in our work, our company and our community.
