Diane Rose is the president and CEO at Insitu. Insitu provides industry-leading unmanned aircraft systems, software solutions and services that deliver decision-making capabilities to global customers. Diane joined Insitu in 2018.

Kevin Gray is the Chief Financial Officer for Insitu. In this role, Kevin will lead Insitu’s finance
organization with oversight for contracts, financial management, financial planning, pricing and

Erick Wegerer
Chief Information Officer
Erick Wegerer is the Chief Information Officer and leads the Information Technology (IT), Information Security (InfoSec) and Management Information Systems (MIS) teams at Insitu, supporting both internal and external customers. Erick started his Insitu career as the Information Services Manager in 2017, where he was responsible for assembling Insitu’s Business Intelligence team and managing an Agile team of 20 developers and analysts.

Vice President, Global Growth
Curt Chesnutt is Vice President of Global Growth for Insitu, where he leads a team supporting Global Sales and Marketing and Enterprise Strategy for the company’s defense and commercial businesses. Most recently, Curt led Insitu’s business development for the International Defense and Security marketplace.

Travis Cieloha
Vice President, Flight Operations
Travis Cieloha is the Vice President of Flight Operations at Insitu. In this role, Travis is responsible for all flight operations and field services-related functions. Travis has been with Insitu since 2006 and has served in a variety of positions. In his most recent role, he was Director of Aviation Operations. Travis’ other prior roles include: Director of Flight Standards, Safety and Specialized Services; Chief Pilot; Manager of Standardization and Evaluation; Lead Evaluator and Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Instructor; and Field Systems Engineer.

Andrew Duggan
Vice President and Managing Director, Insitu Pacific
Andrew Duggan in his current role drives Insitu’s growth in the commercial market, expanding the capability for Insitu RPAS to operate in international airspace and growing Insitu’s business within the commercial space on a global scale. Prior to this role, Andrew was Managing Director of Insitu Pacific and led the company through a significant growth period, capturing major UAS contracts with defense forces in Singapore, Japan, Malaysia and the UAE. Andrew came to Insitu Pacific from Boeing Defence Australia, where he was the Senior Manager of Unmanned Systems Operations.

Vice President, Engineering
Justin Pearce is the Vice President of Engineering at Insitu. Justin has been with Insitu since 2011, serving in a variety of roles. Justin previously spent two years as the Chief Engineer for RQ-21A Blackjack, a U.S. Navy/U.S. Marine Corps program of record supporting U.S. Department of Defense and Foreign Military Sale (FMS) customers.

Brad Houghton
Site Compliance and Ethics
Brad Houghton is the Site Compliance and Ethics Officer (SCEO) at Insitu. In this position, Brad is responsible for working within the Insitu Executive Leadership Team to identify and implement strategies to ensure compliance and ethical behavior. In addition to his duties as SCEO, he also has divisions Argon ST, Boeing Intelligence and Analytics, Digital Receiver Technology Inc, and Liquid Robotics in his portfolio.
